Front Tooth Replacement with an Implant Case 1

Description

The most difficult of restoration occurs when fabricating an anterior crown to fit on an implant. We began the process by performing a “virtual reality” “placement” of the implant on a CT scan and manipulating it into the perfect position at just the right angle and location. Using the surgical guide developed from that virtual “placement”, the implant was positioned precisely between the nerve and the bone. The result was a “simply radiant, simply natural” anterior replacement tooth that matches her natural teeth.
