Full Mouth Reconstruction without Implants Gallery

Full Mouth Reconstruction without Dental Implants Before After Gallery

Our Full Mouth Reconstruction before/after gallery encompasses treatments addressing the rebuilding and/or replacing all of the teeth in a patient’s mouth, which in these cases did not involve dental implants. Full mouth reconstructions utilize restorative dentistry to improve mouth health, appearance and function. The treatments can include dental crowns, onlays, bridges, veneers and/or dentures that will essentially deliver patients not only a cosmetic “smile makeover”, but improved function and chewing for the patient for years to come.

Dental Crowns Smile Makeover

Situation: Patient needed jaw reconstruction due to failure of previously placed dental implants in her upper left jaw

Treatment: Previously placed dental implants in her upper left jaw had failed, and with little available bone in that part of her upper jaw, she was not a candidate to receive other ones. It was necessary to reconstruct her jaw, followed by precision placed dental implants, to create her smile makeover.

Severe Functional and Aesthetic Full Mouth Rehabilitation for Washington DC Lawyer

Situation: This Washington DC lawyer who is frequently talking in front of juries or other lawyers and business people, was seeking a cosmetic improvement. As a very severe grinder, he had worn down all of his teeth with a significant reduction in the height of his bite.

Treatment: Since we had to “guess” what his teeth originally appeared, we made them to match his facial structure and lip line while opening his bite to create a more youthful appearance.
